Tom Clark has extensive experience in property and construction project management. In his most recent position as Senior Director of Operations of PTC Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical research firm, he oversaw the construction of a 30,000-square-foot facility in ten weeks, as well as the addition of 10,000 square feet as the number of firm employees grew from two to 92. In addition, Clark designed and implemented safety procedures for the firm's laboratories.
Since 1996, Clark has been a partner in and property manager for St. George's Dragons, a real estate management firm. In this capacity, he managed demolition, renovation and restoration projects in a 30,000-square-foot retail/office building in downtown Red Bank, and negotiated master leases for 13 commercial tenants.
Clark also served as Vice President and National Sales Manager for Unirubber, a manufacturer of mechanical rubber products. Prior to assuming that position, he owned and operated Brunswick Rubber Company.
He served as the first, full-time Director of the Red Bank River Center. He was the founding chairman of New Brunswick City Market, a non-profit organization promoting downtown New Brunswick, as well as Chairman of the New Brunswick Housing Authority. He also was a partner in the Atlantic Group, a consulting firm for communities operating under Special Improvement District legislation.
Clark has been an avid and tireless community volunteer. He is a founding Chairman of Elijah's Promise Soup Kitchen in New Brunswick and of Vote, New Brunswick! He is also a founding Board member and Vice President of Downtown New Jersey.

Andrew Carten has more than 25 years of experience in planning and community development work. His experience includes the management of many transportation, housing and economic development projects at the state and local level.
Prior to joining CityWorks, Mr. Carten spent 23 years with the City of Trenton as the director of the Division of Planning. In that capacity, he worked on all aspects of the City’s mission to attract and facilitate applications for development in the areas of residential, industrial, commercial and retail land use. In addition to traditional land use planning, Mr. Carten served on a variety of task forces and community groups to help address the health, environmental and safety needs of the City and its residents.
Before joining the City of Trenton, Mr. Carten worked at the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs as a project manager in their Housing Demonstration program providing technical assistance and funding to municipalities for innovative development programs.
Mr. Carten is an active community volunteer in several organizations focused on education, sustainability and international development.
