In 2009 CityWorks partnered with PROCEED of Elizabeth New Jersey to construct a 15,000 administration,day care and counseling facility in the City of Elizabeth.
CityWorks was responsible for the construction management aspect of the project. The building was completed in September of 2010 and now is the cornerstone of PROCEED’s community programming which consists of literacy training, homeless prevention, senior programming and a host of community outreach programming to the residents of Elizabeth.
In addition to the services provided, the actual construction of the building serves as an anchor for a heavily trafficked and visible intersection of Elizabeth.
